Does anyone know of an easy way to calculate time it takes to complete a case? I am able to figure out created date and last date modified, but can't seem to find a way to total the time. Thanks!

Hi kecallahan.
Do you want this field to be filled in when a Case is set as completed?
You can create a logic_hook before save in the Cases module.
This logic hook could calculate the elapsed time from date_entered and now and fill in some custom field, like elapsed_time_c

There is a very good add-on module on SugarForge for tracking time against Cases.
