Time Zone on user login

Hi

I've a problem with one user (only one) that answer me the time zone every time i login on Sugar. Try to reset to default the user preferences and login to several pc, but nothing return good...

Any idea?

I forget... my configuration is

SugarCRM 5.0.0d (Build 3235)
Windows XP SP2

would it cause very much trouble if you would try to delete the user and create a new one? I would first create a new user and let him/her play around a bit, see whether it happens.

I've just create a new user, with standard configuration and the problem not happen with his user.

1. Deactivate the user in SugarCRM
2. Create a new user
3. Switch UUIDs between the records

This way, all ownership stays where it should be.

The problem lies in user_preferences. This table may be messed up, I don't know. It's hard to debug since it's encoded data, and a whole bunch of it.

Thanks SugarDev.net, i follow your instruction and probabily found the problem. On PhpMyAdmin, the user_preference table give me the error:

"#1194 - Table 'user_preferences' is marked as crashed and should be repaired".

Try to repair with Sugar function "Repair" and selecting "user", but the problem remain. Do you know what is the way to repair a table inside PhpMyAdmin?

Ok folks, the problem is close...

I find the repair options on user_preference table on PhpMyAdmin, and after the repair the user go straight without any problem
