Hi. I am fairly new to Sugar, and wonder if any of you could help ...

I have installed SugarCRM Version 4.5.1 (Build 1197) on a shared server, accessing using Firefox v5.0, Windows XP pro.

The 'timeout' function that other forum members seem to have working over-enthusiastically isn't working for me at all (if I leave a session connected, it just stays connected forever).

I also have a problem thet the session isn't cancelled if the browser window is closed - when I go back in, I can get into the system without logging on.

Are these two problems related?

Any suggestions gratefully received
