Every entry I create or import in any module is displaying +4 hours than what is supposed to be. Each user is configured to use EST and the server is EST. I couldn't find an application wide setting in Sugar to set the default timezone.

I poked around the boards before I noticed people had a similar issue, but I couldn't get a concrete answer.

I'm using Sugar 6.1.0 Professional.
