i was checking the databes, MySQL, and notice that the cases are getting saved with time+4 hours. My time zone is GMT-4, so sugar render the time ok. But sugarcases for mambo show the time saved in the database, how can i make that sugar save the cases with the real time?

Sugar should already be saving the times at GMT. Sugar adjusts the value in the database for display based on your GMT offset.
