We have a workflow that sends a template based email to customer when a service call scheduled for this client.
The module uses a Meeting Start Time which is associated with the CASE when Case Status Chances to Scheduled.

The meeting is scheduled for 21:30pm but it sends it as 15:30 likewise an earlier meeting scheduled for 6:30pm showed up as 12:30pm.

There is nothing that i can find as far as timezone config for alerts and emails.

Please help as this is critical to our scheduling email effort.
