Newbie here, just installed Sugar community edition.

I am trying to set up email for my account and am getting errors. My mail server requires TLS. I don't see an option for that. I need IMAP but have tested both IMAP and POP.

When I have SSL option checked I get an error: "Connection failed to amd64.csd-bes.net,993: Connection refused
Please check your settings and try again. "

When I don't have SSL checked, I get an error "Server disables LOGIN, no recognized SASL authenticator
Please check your settings and try again."

Suggestions?
