What is the maximum amount of accounts you can have in Sugar CRM CE? I also am curious at what point does the database begin to slow? (et. Number of Accounts in database)

We are looking to work with InsideView, who is a lead company that integrates with Sugar, does anyone have any experience with them that they would care to share? Do they have the ability to Integrate with Sugar CE? Or do they only integrate with Pro/Enterprise?

About the total number of accounts, we've got 490 so far. I never heard of limitations for number of accounts.

We've got 115,000 accounts and contacts, it's not blazenly fast like that, and I've had to do some DB tuning. But there is no limitation as such that I have encountered.

There aren't any limits within the application per se, however, you would be limited by the capacity of your disk space and your choice of SQL server. For example, I believe that MySQL can support tables with up to 4 billion records, but it is my understanding that limit can be extended beyond that.

As for the slowness factor, there isn't a number that can be quoted as you also have to factor in the horsepower assigned to the SQL server, etc. Regardless, it is wise to spend some time tuning your database server from time to time, especially if you are expecting large data loads.
