Tracker.php Error

Hello all,

New 5.1.0b install of full stack. When I run the cron job I get this error: Cannot redeclare class Tracker (line 45 of modules\tracker\Tracker.php)

I have found similar errors in the forum, but they all look like they had to be handled with a patch.

If I replace that file with a blank copy the error does change (missing)
I have inactivated all scheduled jobs and still get the same error
Turned off Tracker Feature and rebooted - same error
Original install was port 801 - uninstalled and reinstalled on port 80 - same error

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Can someone post an earlier version of Tracker.php?
