    pls help me that what is purpose of Tracker Settings in admin panel.
    pls define with detail.

    Hi Shafique

    The Tracker Settings enable you to define how SugarCRM will log all users actions on the system.
    Every click, edit, delete, login, logout is stored into tracker table.

    One of the most important reasons is to track all users actions and be able to identify which user deleted some important record, exported some module data and so on.

    This feature only exist on commercial flavors, PRO and ENT.
    In the CE you need to query the tracker table.
    Or you may create an interface for that.

    What is purpose of tracker url?
    Can we use it for confirmation mail which include confirmation link(tracker url), while click on, it workflow is triggered?
