Tracker URL not getting replaced

I'm using Version 4.5.0f (Build 1202).
When I create a email campaign with tracker URLS, the tracker url reference is not getting replaced with the actual URLS (site url with message key),

can any one help?

Hi tsupreme, when you edit the email template and hover over the link in the email, you should see the link appear. It will look something like:

http://your_system/{TheTrackerIdentifer}

The parameter TheTrackerIdentifier is what is replaced at campaign execution time with the "stuff" that allows a click-thru to be tracked back to the campaign tracker, as well as for the person clicking the URL to be routed to the intended destination.

When you specified the tracker URL in the campaign screens, did you specify it exactly as it appears in the email? Some people like to edit the email URL directly and may inadvertantly specify something like THETRACKERIDENTIFIER, which wouldn't match.
