Tracker URLs do not work

Hello there,

I have the following problem:

I created an e-mail campaign with 2 URLs ( one for the homepage, the other one is an out-put-link).
I sent the test mail to myself but in this e-mail it is not possible to open these links.
Is the problem in the path "localhost" or are there other reasons for the problem?
