    Default Trackers not available

    Sugar Community Edition version 5.2.0k

    Trackers worked for us in previous email campaigns but are now broken. On the My Account page (for admin and all users) Trackers are listed in red as "None" for all categories, yet we have Tracker Actions enabled under Tracker Settings.

    When we attempt to insert a tracker URL in an email (using the Insert Tracker URL button) the link is inserted as "undefined".

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    In SugarCE 5.2.0, there are two different types of trackers.

    "trackers" are used to track the activities of SugarCRM users in th SugarCRM system. They are stored on nearly every click in th database table trackers. With the help of these trackers you can see the last used elements in your navigation menu.

    "campaign_trackers" are used to follow your customers actions on campign emails. A campaign tracker encapsulates a weblink in your marketing email, every time one of your customers clicks on such a link, sugarCRM is informed about that ans shows in the campaign result that this campaign_tracker was activated. These trackers are stored in the databse table campaign_trackers.

    Both types have nothing to do with each other.

    I am referring to the campaign trackers. When I create one, and insert into an email, I just get an undefined link, such as <a href="{OptOut}"> undefined </a>. Could this have to do with permissions, we are using 1and1.com hosting?
