Tracking Campaign Activity When SugarCRM Is Hosted Behind a Firewall

Hey guys,

I have to administer a sugarCE v6.2.0 instance which is hosted internally and not accessible from external LAN, e.g. via Internet. As described in wiki (http://www.sugarcrm.com/kb/category/...campaigns-app/) I tried to set up the option "Location of campaign tracking files" from > Campaign > E-Mail settings. I tried setting radiobox to "user defined" and provided a value in the textbox (tried with a php file, when with a complete url and with other dummy values). Afterwards I have to click next two times for the wizard to end in a summary where my entered value is shown. Then I click finish an suggest my value should be saved.

But if I open the settings again the radio is still set to default.

Is this a bug or did I do s.th. else wrong?
Don't I have to enter the prefix for the external Url used in my campaign?
