    Default Tracking prospective customers and prospective sales agents?

    Our current marketing focus has two goals:

    - Get new customers
    - Get new sales agents

    We need to track both efforts separately, as part of our sales team is devoted to agent recruitment and part to customer recruitment.

    What's the best way to accomplish this in Sugar?

    Tracking them is easy, it really depends on what you need to do with them after you have them entered in the system. If you need to email them from campaigns and things like that then I would use Leads or Contacts for new customers (you can rename either to "Customers") and Targets (or Leads) to Sales Agents. These Three modules show up everywhere you would need them and can be renamed so as to keep them completely separate.

    Another option would be to build two modules in module builder that would do what you need. However these modules will not show up in Campaigns anywhere so if you need to include these people in Campaigns then user Leads and Targets.
