I have both admin and ken assigned the same email address in User Management.
When I send email while logged in as admin, it seems to be saved as sent mail, and associated with the contact.
But when logged in as ken, it does not save a copy of the sent message in association with the contact, or even in the
Emails: My Sent Emails.
When I log in as ken and set the Assigned To field to admin, it does save the outgoing message.
The idea is not to have to login as the admin user all the time, but to also not have to check multiple mailboxes.
Is there a simple solution to getting Sugar to log my sent messages from all users? I am not able to locate this in the account management page for the ken user. Or am I missing something simple?
