Tracking when users login

I may be missing something right before my eyes, but I just don't see it. Where can I go to see when the last time was that my users logged in? I am dealing with sales reps not updating Sugar in a timeline manner, so I want to know when they are logging in.

What would be ideal for me me is receive an e-mail alert when they log in, much like an alert assigned to a workflow. Unfortunately, there is no workflow option for the User module.

There is an excellent extension http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/login-audit/ for this job

you can also check without an extention, see the wiki : Tracking user logins

The extention seems give you a better more detailed picture though
