Transfer to alternative provider

Hello, can anybody explain what steps have to be take to transfer SugarCRM to an other provider?

get an mysqldump of the data. ftp down your site.

get a new provider. load the mysql data and upload your site copy.

you may have to edit config.php to change the location of the mysql database, username, pasword and potential siteurl.
