Trouble attaching leads to Target List

We have a large database of leads and have just started trying to use the Campaign module to send e-mail campaigns. I created a Target List and went to Target List->LISTNAME->Leads->Select. I filtered the leads which resulted in a little over 5,000 names. My problem is that I cannot find a way to select all 5,000+ names for the Campaign. It displays 20 leads at a time and will allow me to select the 20 leads that are shown, but there is no Select -> All Records option as there is when you are in the Leads module list view. It would be prohibitive to have to select 20 records at a time for all 5,000+ names. Is there a way to select the entire sorted leads in a single action? I believe that we are running the most current version of SugarCRM Community edition.
