trouble creating group email folders

Hello all! I am new to sugar CRM.

I'm working on setting up group email accounts. I'm trying to create a "monitored folder" but get the following error:

certificate failure for mail.birthwaysinc.com: Server name does not match certificate: /C=US/postalCode=92807/ST=California/L=Anaheim/streetAddress=1360 N Hancock St./O=Add2Net Inc./OU=Lunarpages Division/OU=Hosted by Add2Net, Inc./OU=Comodo PremiumSSL Wildcard/CN=*.lunarbreeze.com

Please check your settings and try again."

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

ok, figured that out - you need to rekey the password each time you go to edit the group box.

Next up - do I need to do something on the server side to set up the folder? It lets me do it in the group email settings, but no corresponding folder shows up in the employees inbox.
