Trouble Making Changes to QuickCreate Views

I seem to be having a problem editing my QuickCreate Forms and would like to confirm if I am doing something incorrectly or if their may be some issue causing the problem I had hoped that updating to the CE version of 5.5 would fix this however it hasn't

How I have been trying to make the change is going into

Studio > Leads > Layouts > QuickCreate and then trying to save and Deploy the changes

However regardless of which modules quickcreate I try and change nothing happens . am I making this change in the right place or have I missunderstood. and if so how do I actually make changes to that quick create on the side bar.

When I save and Deploy there don't seem to be any errors but clearly something is going wrong

Ok,

So I was a bit silly and I'm sorry about that , I now see that the area that
Studio > Leads > Layouts > QuickCreate

Doesn't Change that area it instead changes the function available in the accounts area ect

I Noticed when using the activity functions under leads that creating a doccument had given me my test layout that I had been using .

At least now I know what that area changes , what I am still unsure of though is how to edit the form thats in the image if not there ?
