Trouble upgrading to Sugar5

Hello people, how are you? I'm using sugar 4.5.1c and I want to upgrade it to 5.0.
My problem is when I go to Admin -> Upgrade Wizard and then press "next" the browser tries to download "index.php" and don't advance to the following step.
Anybody can help me with this?

This is the most reported trouble in this forum.
You should upgrade first to 4.5.1i, then to 5.0.0
And read all documentation in WIKI you can find to this, esp. the "Sugar Community Edition 4.5.1-5.0 Upgrade Readme"

hello, how are you? i have a problem upgrading sugar. My problem is that i have two different sugarcrm a 4.5.1c (with patch 4.5.1c) and 4.5.1e

I have downloaded SugarCE-Upgrade-4.5.1-to-5.0.0b.zip and I could upgrade my 4.5.1e version to 5.0.0b, but not 4.5.1c.

So, as you said I try to download the upgrade for 4.5.1i, I downloaded SugarOS-Upgrade-4.5.0-to-4.5.1i.zip and when I go to upgrade wizard and upload this file, sugar reports the following:
The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar Suite:
SugarCRM System Version: 4.5.1c

I would like to upgrade my sugar 4.5.1c to 4.5.1i as you mentioned earlier, but I couldn't find this kind of upgrade.

Anybody can help my with this topic?

Odd. Can you click on the About link in your Sugar home page and confirm that you are using Sugar Open Source Edition version 4.5.1c?

Sure! I checked it out and the version is 4.5.1c.

Oh sorry, I see the problem now. You are installing the wrong upgrade. The file you downloaded is for upgrading from 4.5.0 to 4.5.1. You simply need to apply the latest 4.5.1j patch.

Download SugarOS Patch 4.5.1j.zip file and install it via the Upgrade Wizard.

clint, thanks for reply. I downloaded the file you gave me, it took me a lot of time and I had to do so many attemps to install the upgrade 4.5.1j. All the time when I pressed "next" button the browser tried to download "index.php" file.
Well, I have upgraded to 4.5.1j version but the problem is still appearing, when i try to upload the 5.0.0b upgrade, the browser tries to download "index.php"
Why is happening this?
