Campaign may not function as desired and your emails may not be sent for the following reasons:No mail account(s) with bounce handling detected. Please configure your system email address. E-mail Settings have not been configured. Please notify your System Administrator so that they may correct this problem

But I have all emails configured

And i cant select an address in order to create a the campain...

I'm using Sugar CRM 5.0b Community Edition

    Hello Mauricio,

You need to set up an inbound email for Bounce Handling.

Click here to read about how to set up the inbound email: http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/index.ph...5.html#1112860

Under 'Possible Actions', you want to be sure to select 'Bounce Handling'. You must have at least one inbound email set up for Bounce Handling. Once this is set up and saved, in the Email Marketing section of the Campaign, you will be able to select this inbound mail account in the 'User Mailbox' dropdown.

    Hi,

I've also had the same issue,
This can be solved a lot simpler than you/I thought.

In the admin account, go to the Admin panel, in the "Scheduler" section (here's a video on how to get there, but don't follow the whole thing : SugarCRM - How to set-up a Cron Job in cPanel - YouTube )

Now you will see the list of all the scheduled jobs, including one that is called --> Run Every Minute Mass Email Campaigns
This is the key. It is the scheduled job that will send the e-mails for all the campaigns that are in the e-mail queue.
The issue here is that it is setup (at least that is my interpretation) wrong.
What you need to do is edit this job/schedule, and enter the time markers, so that the job will run every minute (* * * * *) or how often you'd like it to run.
Then just go to the e-mail queue from the admin panel, wait a minute, and *watch the magic*

    Have a good one !
