trying to install sugar but wrong database

Hi,

i have installed sugar but when I get to the end of the installation programe i get this error

MySQL version 4.0.27 is not supported. Only MySQL 4.1.x and higher is supported

Can anyone please help me?

You need to update your mysql version.... upper to 4.1.x

O.S version??

Hi Dave thanks for replying I am not technical and have installed using cpanel. How do I upgrade to 4.1 I cant see an option on cpanel

A friend of mine installed this on 4.0.1, on another server, is there anything in set up that can do this.
