Trying To Login Results In Installation

Things going great then got into installation mode:

I was entering information into notes about a contact when Install Screen appeared.
Shut down computer, restarted, went to trusty Sugar Login: "http://127.0.0.1/sugarcrm/index.php?action=Login&module=Users&login_module=H ome&login_action=index"

This page shows: "http://127.0.0.1/sugarcrm/install.php"

Multiple retries, same, consistent results. Most upsetting.

Good thing I did a complete back up the night prior!!!!
