    Default Two BIG issues with Sugar!

    Hi,

    I'm having two issues with Sugar that need immediate fixing, and so I'd definitely appreciate any help/tips!

    Here are the issues:

    1) The first issue is that any time I make an edit within the 'Account Overview' box within a given account, it immediately queues a call (task). This is incredibly annoying. I'd like to be able to make a simple edit without queuing any actions, especially unrelated actions.

    2) The second issue is as follows: I'd created a workflow several months ago that I no longer need, as the campaign has come to an end. Despite the fact that I've deleted this workflow, incoming accounts still trigger the same action (a call). Why is this happening and how can I get it to stop?

    Again, any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    Let us know what is the version of your SugarCRM instance and which packages had you installed.

    Hello,

    I'd suggest to check if there exist another Active workflow? You can try it by making all workflows "Inactive" for a while, and test if that resolves the issue or not.

    Else you can also check the logic hooks written for Accounts module.

    Thanks David. Unfortunately I've tried the first method and it doesn't seem to do the trick. Like I'd mentioned, I'd deactivated this particular workflow a long time ago and yet these calls still display in my call list.

    What exactly would I edit in the Accounts Module? Are there any other ideas as to why these calls are still pulling through? This is driving me bananas.

    He means to look in the custom/modules/Accounts folder and check for a file named logic_hooks.php. If it is there, rename it. That would effectively deactivate workflow for the Accounts module. You can then proceed to attempt to duplicate the problem.
