Hi,
I have SugarCRM 5.0 and I am a one-person business. I'd like to use sugar to read and respond to both my business emails as well as personal emails. I'd also like to use the functionality where if a customer asks me a question, I can assign a case number so I can track things a bit easier. Here are my questions:
1) I have about 10 personal and business email accounts I'm monitoring (but they were all set-up using the personal email module, rather through the Admin settings). When I compose an email, there is a default account I'd like the emails to come from. Is there a way of designating a default account instead of having to change the account from the dropdown list? Similarly, is there a way to change the order of the email accounts from the left pane?
2) Does it matter if I setup my email accounts via the administration page (group accounts) vs. setting them up as personal accounts in terms of being able to assign and track them via case #? When I receive a reply to an email with a case #, I'd like it automatically filed.
