I have two questions and I really hope someone can help me out !

First question Would it be possible to make a calendar that is shared while not really associated with a user ?

We have 5 conference rooms here.
Right now is what we do : I want to book a meeting in one of the conference room, so I will use another software to check out if it's available, then we book it (or request to) and get an approbation shortly after.
Afterwards I get back to SugarCRM and book it there too.

Instead of using two separate things, I'd like to know if there's any way to manage this in SugarCRM ?

One way I thought I could do this would be to created a dummy user and use it only for calendaring purpose.
What sucks with such a solution is that someone needs to log in all 5 different accounts (=5 conference rooms) in order to ACCEPT all requests, otherwise, it doesn't show it as BUSY when we try to book it in the shared schedule.

So I'm stuck there : anyone's got an idea ?

BTW : could anyone explain me what are these Group Users for ?

It has something to do with receiving emails and dispatching them I think ?
But could it be used to do what I need ?


Second question Would it be possible to make list B depend on list A

I would like to create a list B (a "sub list") that only displays specific elements depending on the choice the user made in list A.

Is that possible (using the STUDIO for example)
