Two Questions: Field Level Security and Create Buttons

Hi, As the title says I have two questions here.

1. With Fields level security I have the Account Name set as read only in the Contacts, does this mean that when I user creates a Contact under an Account that the Account Name will not be inherited?
2. When my users press the create button for Contacts under Accounts how can I have it always/automatically go to the Full Form, I wish to reduce the number to user clicks

Just an update to question 1.

My issue after some more investigation is that when I have teh Account Name set to read-only and a user creates a contact it is ok. The Contact is created and is related to the Account. But if the user tries to create another Contact with the same last name sugar will alert me that a possible Contact of the same name already exists (which is OK, Out of 17000+ Contacts I am going to have loads with the same name) but when I know they are different and press the save button the Account Name is not taken so the Contact is not related to the Account but is in the system, then because I have the Account Name set as Read Only my users can't change select the Account Name.
