Unable to Access Administration Page - Errors

I have no idea what happened to our install of Sugar. We had an unexpected server restart, but that was really all that happened. When the server was revived I started to receive these errors when I try to access the Administration module (looks kinda serious):

Sugar CRM 5.20.a (build 5447)
MySQL 5.1
PHP 5.2.8
IIS 6

It is due a known bug on SugarCRM 5.2.0a
Consider upgrading to 5.2.0d.

We are having problems as the first question but on our login page, if we try and login we cannot get access at all, how do you upgrade if you cannot get access?

Is there a way to re-install with updated version and use existing data?

I have version SugarCE-Full-5.2.0e, but still the similar error.

Error only appears after we cloned site to other site.
We are using Windows Server 2008 IIS.

What can we do?
