I am having a challenge with the Detail View of Accounts and adding custom fields that are dropdowns

When i add a custom field that is a dropdown to the Detail View and the Save & Publish it doesn't save the field in the View

Only seems to happen with Detail View and with custom fields that are dropdowns

I have added the same fields to Edit View and Search View and they show up properly so I can enter the data or search for it just fine

I just can't view it on the Detail View

I have added other custom fields to the Detail View that are integers or dates and they show up fine.

Help would really be appreciated!
