Been trying to fix this problem all day I can send contacts to sugar CRM from outlook but i can not archive e-mails to these contacts. When i click archive email it dispalys the archive e-mail screen and locates the contact when i select the archive button it displays a archiving e-mail screen. Then in sugarCRM there is no e-mails attached to the contact. Are there logs that display any of the transfers.

Would really appreciate any help on this matter....
