Unable to assign role to a user

Hi,

I am a new user of sugarcrm. My problem is, I have created a role through Role Management. I have created an user. Now I want to assign the role to the user, but I am unable to do that. Can anybody help me on this?

hi Girish,

just open the Role which you have created & scroll to the and of the screen, u will find subpanel called Users.
select the user.

if you find problem in applied role, check whether you have created the User as admin!?

if 'Yes' then there is no role applied for "admin" user
