Unable to convert Leads to Prospects

Hi

Config is as follows...
Sugar Open Source V 4.2.0a
Suse 10.0
PHP 5.0.4
Mysql 5.0.18

My problem is this.......

I have a user who creates a lead, then can't convert them to a prospect....

It goes through the motions, lets you complete the form for converting them, when you click "Save", the form just returns to the top of the convert form and doesn't actually convert them..

The same leads can be converted by another user withj same privileges..

Has anyone else seen this, can anyone shed any light as to the reason, or point me towards something I can check..

I am having a very similar problem. A lead is created, then you go to convert the lead, click the "convert lead button", it takes you to the screen to edit the info before the lead is officially converted, then you go to click the save button, and nothing happens. There is no response from Sugar. It just sits there. Anyone have any suggestions? I have also noticed that sometimes a particular button just won't work. No response. And there appears to be no rhyme or reason. I have cleared the cache, doens't help.
