I've just completed a new install of Sugar CE 5.0 on Windows 2003 Server, IIS 6.0, MySQL 5.0.37, PHP 5.2.3. Everything went fine during the install, altho I had to manually create the config.php file. Here's my problem: If I select the "Create <anything>" menu item in any of the sections, nothing happens! No input form is shown, just the title of the section I'm in. So, for example, if I want to create a new contact, I click on 'Create Contact' and nothing is displayed other than the heading 'Contacts' - no input screen; no errors.

Is this a known issue or related to permissions? Any assistance is appreciated.
