Unable to create email. (Not Found?)

I have a relatively new installation with SugarCRM Pro.

When I go into the email settings under the admin settings and click "Create" it gives me an error.

"
Error: File [modules/EmailMan/metadata/editviewdefs.php] is missing. Unable to create because no corresponding HTML file was found."

This appears to be the only page that has this problem. I have no customizations other than a couple simple modules.

If this is an OnDemand instance, you are best off submitting a ticket to SugarCRM support as you won't be able to do much troubleshooting from your end.

Its not OnDemand, Its self hosted.

I'm having same trouble using 6.2v

Might seem like an obvious question, but have you confirmed that the file referenced in the error is actually present?

I just confirmed that the file "editviewdefs.php" is not existed in that directory which should be located at ,,,/SugarCE/modules/EmailMan/metadata... I checked other directories and it is found in almost every metadata directories excepted this Emailman's meta directory. Is there a way to recovery this?

Any luck on this one, I am running into the exact same issue and would like to know how to recover.
