Unable to drag and drop the fields only in detail view of accounts module

Hi,

I am unable to drag and drop the fileds in detail view layout of accounts module when working with Studio and there are also some fileds which i cannot drag and drop in list view of the accounts module. and am unable to create a new panel ie,
When I try to drag a new panel on the the Layout, it immediately goes back to the tool box instead of creating the new panel on detail view layout of the accounts module when working on the studio.

Please can any one help me on this issue?

You can try resetting the layout to the original by deleting

custom/modules/Accounts/metadata/editviewdefs.php
and
custom/history/modules/Accounts/metadata/editviewdefs.php*
and
cache/modules/Accounts/EditView*

Then run a quick repair on the Accounts module and see what happens

I have done what you have said but it didnot work out. Any other ideas please.
