Unable to edit Layouts Details View

Hello Everyone!

I've just done a clean install of SugarCE Version 6.1.2 (Build 5555); not using FastTrack install on Suse Linux 11. Everything is working and I don't have any issue on the surface!

I went and added some fields to the LEADS module; no problem!

Then I went to the Layout and that's where I begin to have problems? I can expand the Layout, but, when I click on say Detail View, I get a Failed To Retrieve Data flash on top and then nothing? If I click on anything else under layout I don't get a response unless I go out or hit F5 to refresh.

I believe the List View and Quick View is working; but Detail View or Edit View are not; any ideas?

Using Chrome and FireFox, I have been able to see some more errors:

All the 404 errors are in the build folder; but the blank subfolder is missing from all the branches?

Not sure on the index.php as I obviously have that and it's working! I did try to simulate the same thing with FireFox and if I'm using the right console, FireFox is just dropping CSS requests that it doesn't find; it doesn't show the index.php as an error just a warnning.

Lastly, I searched my original ZIP download, and the files in questions don't exist in the path Sugar is looking at; they are at a different path:
/SugarCE-Full-6.1.2/include/javascript/yui/build/resize/assets/skins/sam/
which also exists in my installed path?

check this : http://www.sugarcrm.com/kb/tag/permissions/
And maybe, you can go to Admin page, choose Upgrade Wizard : this first process will check for permission error.
For missing files (appache access files or permission or ..)

Thanks for the clever idea! Unfortunately, it passed and that's not it! Although I had thought it's the case as well and had gone and check all the rights.

File Permissions: All Files Writable
Database Privileges: All Privileges Available
Detected Settings: All System Settings Requirements Satisfied

What do you make of the missing files the browser is reporting?
