Unable to Edit Sugar Dashlet

Hello,

I created a module using the module builder and deployed it. The sugar Dashlet for the module is available on the homepage and it displays the relevant associated data perfectly fine. The issue I"m facing is when I click on the Pencil sign to "Edit Sugar Dashlet" it says Loading.. and then nothing happens. I do not have the error on other dashlets. Alternately when I click on to edit another dashlet and then come back to edit the one in question it brings up the edit screen of the other dashlet.

The remove and refresh links for the dashlet are working fine.

Please help resolve this.

Did you try rebuilding dashlets?

Yes tried with rebuilding the dashlets. restarted the apache service too. no luck.

Did you check the dashlet files have enough permissions to access?
Also check for javascript errors in browser.

Siva, here is what is happening.
The module was created in Module builder. Successfully deployed. The dashlet was automatically created by module builder for this specific module. When I add it to the homepage it shows up fine. I can refresh and remove the dashlet from the homepage; however when I click on the "Edit" button for it..it says loading and nothing happens... No errors show up (javascript or other)

Now when I click to edit another dashlet in the homepage it works fine for that one. when I revert back to the dashlet in question to edit it now brings up the edit screen for the other dashlet. It basically is pulling from cache the edit screen for the last dashlet edited.

I checked the code files and they are fine. It looks like a bug as I have tried to recreate the module from scratch and still face the same issue.

I had reported that as a bug since I tried it on a couple of test environments and all were giving the same error. however I isolated the bug.

On the layout for "Sugar Dashlet Search" in module builder when I removed the search fields which were "currency" fields the dashlet's edit function started working again. I beleive it's something to do with currency fields that is breaking the code.
