Unable to Export Accounts Only

Okay, I am getting a weird issue (it is not really an error message) when trying to export Accounts from list view.

If my accounts do not have an assigned user listed, I am able to export normally. However, if I have assigned users (which 99.9% of them do), I get a pop up stating "Please select at least one record to proceed". It doesn't matter if I select at least one, or 500, I still get that same message. Now stranger still, I am able to export any of my Leads normall, regardless if they have an assigned user or not - essentially I am able to do what I need to with the Leads.

Additionally, I get the same message when I try to use the Mail Merge and Merge Duplicates (Please select at least two for the latter). However, I AM able to delete them if I want to.

Can anyone please help me on this? Thanks!

UPDATE: As if I weren't already confused, I have drilled the problem down a bit further as well. It appears that the Accounts that I cannot export are those that were entered into Sugar via import.

If I physically create a single lead directly in Sugar, I can export it, even with an assigned user name.

UPDATE #2 - I have also found that if I display Assigned User ID (the alphanumeric string) in List View by adding it to the default category under Studio->Accounts->Layouts->List View then I am able to select only 20 (one page) and have it export, delete, etc.
