Unable to get the log in page

Hello ,

I am using 5.5.0 sugarcrm CE, I have set the permissions according to specified in the sugarcrm.

When I am trying to work with the sugar, it is displaying as :-Fatal error: Call to a member function getImageURL() on a non-object..When trying to open the sugarcrm, it is displaying the above error specified.

Versions:-
Apache:-2.2.8
PHP:- 5.2.6
Mysql:-5.0.51b

Request you to kindly help to get this resolved. I have tried all possible solutions found in forums to get this resolved. Kindly help me out. I have been using sugarcrm since 5 year and I love this product very much.

Make sure you have the script include/SugarTheme/SugarTheme.php and it is readable.
