    Greetings,

    I'm attempting to run mass imports of hundreds, sometimes thousands, of records of different types; mostly Contacts and Tasks.

    However, when I run the Import tool, though everything looks good, the 'Relate To' field isn't working. I set it by default to relate to an Account, and select the correct Account name. All records are imported, but the 'Relate To' field is empty on each one.

    No errors at all. Just no relationship to the desired Account. Same goes for assigning users with a custom Relate To field I have created. I have set up 'Servicing Agent' to relate to my Users table, and when done manually, this works just fine. However, on import, it leaves that field empty.

    Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I do the Select feature when selecting the Account to which I want the records related, so I do know that it is in my Account table.

    Having the same problem when importing Contacts. Anytime I try to import a Relate To field, it doesn't work.

    I would sincerely appreciate any feedback. It's either get this to work, or have someone manually enter thousands of records, which for time's sake, just isn't realistic.

    Nobody has ever experienced this issue? I'm the only one?

    i actually have the same problem. did you find any solution? i guess it is a bug?

    Apparently this is a bug. I upgraded from CE to Professional around 4 months ago specifically to help with this issue, and it remains unresolved. I am told that it will be corrected next week, but I am still in a hold status.
