unable to load modules

Hi Folks:

I have a fresh clean instal of sugarCRM(OS) and I cannot seem to load any modules. With the module loader, I browse to a module, which is on my HDD; then I hit the upload button and the browser just spins until it times out. Anyone have any thougts as to where to start?

Sugar Suite 4.5.0
Windows XP
IIS
PHP 5.1.X
MSSQL

Check your max upload time and max upload size in you php.ini you might be timing out on the upload time.

am having a problem when adding users and editing users, I look at the sugarcrm.log I see the following:
Wed Nov 22 10:41:34 2006,080 [34652] FATAL SugarCRM - Unable to load the module() language file for the selected language(en_us) or the default language(en_us)
Wed Nov 22 11:23:33 2006,596 [56909] FATAL SugarCRM - Unable to load the module() language file for the selected language(en_us) or the default language(en_us)
Wed Nov 22 11:31:28 2006,483 [61057] FATAL SugarCRM - Unable to load the module() language file for the selected language(en_us) or the default language(en_us)

any idea what this is
