Unable to login

Not too sure what happened here, i was just using my sugarcrm, and now im unable to login, getting the following errors:

Hi sedilson

Open the config.ph at the root of sugar.
Look for the session_dir attribute and change the permission of the folder
It seems the folder is /tmp

chmod -R 777 /tmp

I am new to sugar CRM, I installed SugarCE-6.2.0beta3 recently using WAMPserver 2.0i.
After installation users were created,but i later noticed that the created users can not login.
please help me, what went wrong?

Please, clarify "the created users can not login". What exactly is happening? Do you see any error message or the login page is reloaded?

Bellow is the error on the login page (welcome page)

You must specify a valid user-name and password.

During installation i created a Database Administrator and sugarCRM Administrator.As Administrator i can login successfully but users that i created can not login.
what else can i do?

i have similar issue
my name is roselyn, i installed SugarCE-6.2.0beta3 on my laptop to see how it work and later buy the license for pro edition for the smooth running of my business.

my issue now is that i created a user from admin-----user management------create .
there i type the user details but there is no place to type password for the user name.i save and log out to see if the user can login. i got this error "You must specify a valid username and password"

i have created the user from mysql.
please help me out.

the login problem has been solved.
it has to do with the SMTP setting which is not allowing the reset password work well.
after we change the setting and change the SMTP pot number to 25, every user was up and running to change there password from the first login.

we just load Invoice module and we got this error bellow
