Hello, I am completely new to SugarCRM, and have yet to read up on what it exactly does. We inheritated this software from a former IT staff member in one of our over seas branch offices. It is only used in that single location so we did not have to interact with it much.
The issue we are experiencing is users are no longer able to log in to the site. There is no fail log in attempt made screen, its as if the page were just refreshed to its state prior to the log in attempt. We can not get passed the log in page.
I do not know which version we are running ( do see a copyright date of 2004-2006).
I also noticed in the upper right-corner it state "Log out", doesn't that imply that I am already logged in?
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
