Hello
I am unable to receive email for individual users or a group user account. I am able to send email though from the accounts in sugar.
Also if I go into the users email and click, settings then mail account and add the email account there I can receive emails. Doing this though cause the account to show up as a second account in the mail profile. I have setup the inbound email options in sugar administration but do not receive any mail. Clicking the test settings does complete successfully.
I have also added in windows task scheduler on the 2008 SMS the following as mentioned in the sugar documentation to check email for group email accounts, C:\Program Files (x86)\sugarcrm-5.51RC\httpdocs\sugarcrm\php.exe -f cron.php
We are using sugar Version 6.1.1 (Build 5512) on a windows 2008 SBS
