Unable to reset Admin PW

I haven’t used sugar for a while now & when i came to log into it its telling me:

You must specify a valid username and password

I definitely haven’t changed the Admin PW & only one other person could have changed it, he also says he hasn’t. Any way, I followed this guide to reset it:

I ran the query & it said:

Query OK, 1 row affected (0.02 sec)
Rows matched: 1 Changed: 1 Warnings: 0

Problem is I still can’t log in with the PW I just reset it to. Any suggestion where I go from here?

This was no doubt solved by the original poster, but for people experiencing this problem at present or in the future... I had the same problem. Kept logging into cpanel/phpmyadmin and then the database, running the correct command and still couldn't log in. I changed the user name and it worked.
