Unable to see Parameter Binding Button

Hi all,
I am trying to configure my report to do parameter binding. Parameter is defined correctly in ireport version 4. Now the problem i got is according to the manual i should be able to do Parameter binding by going to the edit mode from Zucker reports.

I go to report and query templates, edit the report which i want to bind the parameters but for some reason parameter binding form does not display like mentioned in the documentation. i am not sure whats wrong ?? is it something in the configuration file or what.

I am using latest zucker report 1.13a and ireport version 4

All Submenues to bind the parameters are missing.
