Using 4.5.1d, php 4.3.11 and apache 2.0.59 on linux.

Every time I try to set up a mailbox for bounce handling using the wizard or otherwise, it creates the mailbox, but it doesn't get created as enabled for bounce handling. When I attempt to do the same using the email setup, the same behavior is observed.

There are no errors in the sugarcrm.log or in httpd's access/error log, or mysql's error log.
