Unable to upgrade URGENT

Hi
I have a linux machine and window machine

The windows machine upgrades no problems but the linux one when upgrading goes blank when I click on the first NEXT.

Can anyone help - URGENT

Hi JeanetteRoss, search for "upgrade" and "memory" and "limit" in the forums. My experience has been that white screens during the upgrade may be an indication that there is not enough memory available to proceed.
